Out in the Open is a three-part video series commissioned by Team GB in collaboration with YoungMinds, a leading mental health charity for young people. Hosted by triple Olympic champion Max Whitlock and filmed in the lead up to the 2024 Paris games, the series features candid conversations with fellow athletes Tom Dean, Laviai Nielsen, and Kieran Reilly.

Each episode delves into the athletes' personal experiences, exploring the pressures and challenges they face both in competition and daily life.
